Happy new year!

Happy 2018 everybody, we hope you had a relaxing time over the Christmas holidays. We on the other hand have had a real time of it! Hannah came down with a nasty and very painful bout of Pancreatitis and had to be hospitalised until Christmas eve. She is waiting to have an operation which should be in the next two weeks. I have Bipolar and 3 weeks before Christmas became really low and couldn't face going out or seeing anyone. I had to take time off while my medication was increased and I began to recover. Self Care Being kind to yourself and putting your needs first isn’t selfish. If you’re not well you cannot look after or help anyone else.
